If headstand is not in your practice yet or you are on the mend from a neck injury please do a variation. You can substitute it with a simple forward fold (Uttanasana) or downward facing dog with blocks for head support. Wide spread feet pose (Prasarita Padottanasana) with head support is also a nice one. If you are used to headstand you can also place three blocks under each shoulder to relief neck pressure.
