Played a bit with this lovely curtsy twist neck fascia treat inspired by Lara Heimann @lyt.yoga after teaching my first class. I am so grateful for my Monday morning class. It's a small group and they allow me to try new things, use them as guinea pigs. Everyone is so open minded and eager to learn something. I appreciate their feedback and that they question the things I am telling or making them do. Makes me explain things in my own words. Makes learning and understanding for myself so much easier.
