I am utterly proud and honoured to be part of the 2020 EUROPE Katonah Yoga® 200 hour training at Tigre Yoga AcademieTigre Yoga Academie, Paris (F). In module 3 (Mar 19-22) I will teach what I found very helpful to understand the material through functional movement. I will talk about this more over the course of the next weeks.

But that’s not all. GREAT NEWS. My beloved teacher and founder of Katonah Yoga® will teach a weekend in June 2020 in Parisweekend in June 2020 in Paris and I am beyond stoked she wants to have me as her assistant. I am so lucky & grateful ❤️
