The Magic Square is an enneagram that references the Chinese Lo Shu. It’s a 3×3 square that we use to map territory and the body. The Katonah Yoga Magic Square does differ from the traditional Lo Shu in one important way. It flips the perspective from outside to inside. Traditionally, the Magic Square is positioned as if it’s a compass, allowing you to look from above to below to achieve a “big picture” overview. Katonah Yoga theory that uses the Magic Square most often positions the self within, allowing you to look out and explore potential.
