I am still enjoying my space in between. A break from all the whirlwind out there. I am also trying to keep it as long as I can before my HIGH SEASON is about to begin. On the verge of Spring you’ll find me en route again.

I am utterly proud and honoured to be part of the 2020 EUROPE Katonah Yoga® 200 hour training at Tigre Yoga Academie, Paris (F). In module 3 (Mar 19-22) I will teach what I found very helpful to understand the material through functional movement. I will talk about this more over the course of the next weeks. But that’s not all. GREAT NEWS. My beloved teacher and founder of Katonah Yoga® will teach a  weekend in June 2020 in Paris and I am beyond stoked she wants to have me as her assistant. I am so lucky & grateful ❤️
