We build stability not so that we can stay in one place, but so that we can travel terrain. So that we can embody our vision without losing it. And so that we can take the risk of stepping out into the world. Stability is what helps us move, what helps us get around ourselves.

Being into my week 3 of my online TT by @lytyoga is keeping me busy. To stay on top I watch and practice at least 3 hours a day, taking notes, finding the similarities, the differences between my beloved Katonah Yoga® and LYT™ only to realise (as if I haven’t known before) that it’s all the same. We LOVE to EVOLve (thanks to Brian Nygard for this one).

I am utterly proud and honoured to be part of the 2020 EUROPE Katonah Yoga® 200 hour training at Tigre Yoga Academie, Paris (F). In module 3 (Mar 19-22) I will teach what I found very helpful to understand the material through functional movement. I will talk about this more over the course of the next weeks. But that’s not all. GREAT NEWS. My beloved teacher and founder of Katonah Yoga® will teach a  weekend in June 2020 in Paris and I am beyond stoked she wants to have me as her assistant. I am so lucky & grateful ❤️
