Not gonna lie. After a few weeks into the online training I feel like I am losing pieces of my identity as a teacher. I took a break to think about what and why this is happening. Turns out .. I want too much in a too short amount of time. Once I decided to slow it down, to study and give myself the opportunity to let all the stuff sink in I instantly felt better.

I am utterly proud and honoured to be part of the 2020 EUROPE Katonah Yoga® 200 hour training at Tigre Yoga Academie, Paris (F). In module 3 (Mar 19-22) I will teach what I found very helpful to understand the material through functional movement. I will talk about this more over the course of the next weeks. But that’s not all. GREAT NEWS. My beloved teacher and founder of Katonah Yoga® will teach a  weekend in June 2020 in Paris and I am beyond stoked she wants to have me as her assistant. I am so lucky & grateful ❤️
