It’s a good time to lay low and get things done!

It’s utterly sad but the health and safety of each and every single one of us must be our top priority to slow down the pandemic.

Every studio in my home town had to close until further notice. It’s a good time to cultivate your home practice with a variety of online resources from teachers & studios in the community.

For the time being my friends Carola Auer, Dominik Kesenheimer & I are offering Live Classes (60min classes) at our regular time slots – starting next Wednesday. We need to make sure first, that all technical requirements are met.

I will send out a newsletter with all details today or tomorrow. If you haven’t signed up yet I kindly ask you to do so to stay up-to-date (link to sign up).

Find the schedule for all LiveClasses on the FitoGram page. You can comfortably book the online classes. So far we teach only in German. If you desire a class in English please let me know.

Since we don’t know how long the studios will be closed we believe that this is a good way to keep the practice alive and everyone healthy & safe. As soon as the studios reopen I will let you know.
