In less than a week I will have the opportunity to teach in-person again. It will be a bit different, keeping distance, not being able to use the typical & very insightful Katonah Yoga adjustments. But it will be a huge opportunity to discover versatile ways to lift & support each other, to play different angles to experience our yoga practice with the mind of a beginner.
