Not sure about you but I want to move in a healthy way until my time is up here on this planet. When I look back down my own (yoga) road with all the encounters, all the decisions I made it led me to this way of movement. I had no choice, really as in finding and creating ways to live long & prosper ๐Ÿ––๐Ÿผ.

With LYT Yoga I found another piece of the puzzle for a sustainable way to do exactly that.
