What a revolutionary time we live in. The last couple of days and weeks I drew back to listen, to reflect, to reposition myself, to find my position first. My yoga practice supports me in having a clearer vision about myself, about the things going on around me.

Next Friday, June 12 a LYT Yoga class is taught AROUND THE WORLD by all of the amazing LYT Yoga teachers to support a local, national or even larger charity that is fighting against racism. We’re all in this together, and there’s nothing this community can’t do when we stand up and united.

I will teach an FUNDRAISING CLASS ONLINE next Friday.

It’s no longer about us but a bigger cause. It matters what we do on a larger scale.

Studios in Baden-Württemberg are re-opening next week. This means I can teach & practice with you 𝐈𝐍-𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐎𝐍. Teaching in times of Corona can only happen when everyone is complying to the rules. Since every studio has specific regulations I kindly ask you to check in with your home studio.

During my retreat last week I had the chance to get used to the different way of teaching and practicing.

I am utterly grateful for all the tools and methods I had the chance to learn and embody over the last couple of weeks, months & years. Because of these tools my body & mind owns a readiness and I only needed a day to adapt to this new way of teaching.
The retreat became a STELLAR experience for all of us.
