Nina and Lucy are rocking the Two Legged DownDog today. But seriously, aren’t their Finn’s adorable? I am head over heels to meet one of them next week *hehe* 🐶 So, for today Kira and I chose a variation that challenges your balance a little bit. Grab the opposite heel. And with grab I mean grab. The palm of your hand is covering your heel. You can shorten your stance a bit if you need to. To make you stable plant the knee cap of the „free“ leg into your arm pit of the same side. Keep your hips square and start to twist. Have fun trying.
