Twinning Challenge 2.0 👬👭 Day 3 HeadStand

HeadStandIf headstand is not in your practice yet or you are on the mend from a neck injury please do a variation. You can substitute it with a simple forward fold (Uttanasana) or downward facing dog with blocks for head support. Wide spread feet pose (Prasarita Padottanasana) with head support is also a nice one. If you are used to headstand you can also place three blocks under each shoulder to relief neck pressure.

In any case please do the variation that’s right for you – no need for heroes. Tag at least one host and our epic sponsors along with using #TwinningChallenge in your post copy so we can find you (on InstaGram only)
